Welcome to Keeping Anger in Check. This is a 9 (6 classes) hour anger management course that is court approved. If you need court approved in person Anger Management, please contact Desiree Cochran-Norfolk: 678-866-5826. Please watch the videos and complete any of the questions or assignments in each lesson for your completion certificate to be issued. If you experience any technical difficulties, please reach out by phone.
There are 5 hours worth of video content. The remaining 4 hours are to be spent on you completing the exercises in the handbook.

Uncontrolled emotions can negatively impact your personal and professional life. This course teaches the nature and triggers of emotions, especially anger, and its effects on your body and mind. You'll learn about emotional regulation, common myths, and how to identify personal patterns of anger.
Assessor/Counselor
Desiree Cochran is a Certified Addiction Counselor II, Certified Clinical Supervisor, and Certified Master Addiction Counselor through the Georgia Addiction Counselor's Association and is a certified anger management facilitator through the Department of Community Supervision. She is also certified as a MCAP through the Florida Certification Board. She completed her Masters in Addiction Counseling at Liberty University. She is certified to teach DUI school, parenting, ASAM treatment for all levels, and all Prime Solutions Classes including the marijuana course. Desiree is also training to become a certified facilitator for the Georgia Commission on Family Violence to facilitate Domestic Violence Intervention Programs.
